The online course system provides various roles to accomplish the necessary tasks of maintaining a viable online academic program for your school. Each role has specific permission levels. You will need to identify the key personnel at your school that will fulfill the specific roles in the system for ordering courses, making payments, and monitoring student progress. Each role has responsibilities that will enable you to establish an efficient enrollment and progress monitoring system at your school. You may choose to have more than one person in each role depending on your school size and staffing needs. At any time, may choose to update, add, or remove personnel. When you complete the Update Maestro Roles for Schools form below, we will create the login credentials with the necessary rights in the system for your team.


School Level Roles (titles in the system)

Partner Coordinator – This role has the most rights and is available custom schools. This role can monitor student progress, order courses for students, pay bills, and add teachers (for teaching custom partner teacher courses).

Registrar – This role is available to custom schools and can monitor student progress, order courses for students, and pay bills.

Virtual Lab Monitor – This role is available to custom schools and can monitor student progress.

Student Monitor – This role is available to custom schools and can only monitor selected students.

Enrollment Coordinator – This role is available to direct schools and can monitor student progress, order courses for students, and pay bills.
